Permit Video and Photo Upload

CMS may be able to complete your reroof inspection by using digital photos.  See Reshingle Condition for required photos and view guidance below for transmitting photos.

1. Review Conditions/Guidance Documents to see what, if any, photos should be submitted.
2. Find applicable link for photo submittal. Simply select the link next to the city, township or county your permit is located.

3. Search for you permit by permit number, address, applicant name, etc.
   1. A few tips
      • Permit numbers are 8 digits long with no spaces.
      • When searching with parcel address, less is more. Try searching using only the house number, if the full address doesn’t yield results.
      • For 2023 & 2022 permits, search using Legacy Permit number, excluding the abbreviation. Ex.) KA23-123 = 23-123.
      • Permits prior to 2022 can not be found this way.

   3. Choose files (near bottom of page)
   4. Upload file
   5. Access code
      • Your contractor access code will be needed to upload. This code can be requested via email, available on the Permit Inspection Record, or can be requested by contacting us.
